Vard Launches Flexible Subsea Construction Vessel for Dong Fang Offshore

Vard has launched Orient Trailblazer, a flexible subsea construction vessel it is building for Dong Fang Offshore in Taiwan for the offshore wind market. Due for delivery in the second quarter of 2027, the vessel will undertake multiple tasks including subsea inspection, cable installation and repair, cable burial and foundation installation work.
