Novi Partners has acquired Atlantas Marine, a UK-based subsea inspection and remotely operated vehicle (ROV) services company headquartered in Yeovil, Somerset. The acquisition was completed on 2 October 2026, with Novi Partners taking ownership of the business Charlie Foll founded in 2000. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Atlantas Marine provides underwater ROV inspection services, equipment sales, training and technical support across offshore renewables, oil and gas, security, nuclear and utilities. The company operates across five continents, serving customers that require underwater inspection and monitoring capabilities.

Following the acquisition, Novi Partners founders Josh Neely and Ben Saward have joined Atlantis Marine as Joint Managing Directors. Both will oversee daily operations from the company's Yeovil headquarters, working alongside the existing senior management team. The business will retain its name, employees and operational structure.

Charlie Foll, who led Atlantas Marine for 26 years, will remain involved until the end of December 2026 to support the leadership transition and introduce the new owners to established customers and suppliers. He plans to retire following the handover.

Novi Partners intends to invest in Atlantis Marine's ROV fleet, proprietary technology, and data capabilities to support future expansion. The investment plans aim to strengthen the company's inspection services and technological capabilities across its existing markets.

Neely and Saward said their immediate priority would be maintaining business continuity while pursuing long-term investment and growth. No specific investment amount, acquisition financing details, or expansion timetable have been announced.
